I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. My research interests are monetary economics, financial economics, econometrics and computational statistics.
Currently I am working on the effectiveness of the inflation targeting regime and examining the success of central banks in inflation targeting countries.
Before coming to Milwaukee, I received my MA in Economics from the University of Tehran in 2009.
I am on the 2014-2015 job market and will be available for interviews at the ASSA meeting, January 3-5, 2015, in Boston, MA.
